对全省省、市、区级医院的213名放射工作人员外周血淋巴细胞微核进行了检查。结果表明,213名放射工作人员平均微核率、平均微核细胞率分别为3.03‰和2.87‰,平均微核率略高于正常值(0~3‰);不同工种的工作人员中以放射诊断组平均微核细胞率最高,且与综合应用组相比有显著性差异;5年以上各工龄组平均微核细胞率均高于5年以下工龄组;男女之间平均微核细胞率也有显著性差异,女性高于男性。
Peripheral blood lymphocyte micronuclei were examined in 213 radiation workers in provincial, municipal and district hospitals. The results showed that the mean micronucleus rate and mean micronucleus rate of 213 radiation workers were 3.03 ‰ and 2.87 ‰ respectively, and the average micronucleus rate was slightly higher than the normal value (0-3 ‰).
