【背景材料】我国2013年前两季度GDP同比增速:第一季度7.7%(较去年四季度回落0.2个百分点),第二季度7.5%,经济增长下行压力有所加剧。中共中央政治局常委、国务院总理李克强,于2013年7月9日、16日,分别主持召开部分省区经济形势座谈会,专家和企业负责人经济形势座谈会,阐述了宏观调控的主要目的和策略(参见【思维导图】和试题10)。
【Background】 In the first two quarters of 2013, China’s GDP grew at a year-on-year rate of increase: 7.7% in the first quarter (down 0.2% from the fourth quarter of last year) and 7.5% in the second quarter. The downward pressure on economic growth has intensified. On July 9 and 16, 2013, Li Keqiang, member of the Standing Committee of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee and Premier of the State Council, chaired a forum on the economic situation of some provinces and autonomous regions and the economic situation held by experts and business executives respectively. The main purpose of macro-control and Strategy (see “Mind Map” and Question 10).
