随着我国《基础教育课程改革纲要》的颁布实施,新一轮基础教育课程改革正式对基层各个学校提出了“走向校本”的要求。其中,校本教研作为新课改项目的重要理念,越来越多地受到教育界上下的关注和重视。本文旨在对校本教研的三种基本形式及其要求进行分析探讨,从具体操作层面提出一些参考建议,希望能够为广大一线教师深入学习校本教研的相关理论,不断开展校本教研的探索实践提供帮助。
With the promulgation and implementation of the “Outline of Curriculum Reform in Elementary Education” in our country, a new round of reform in the basic education curriculum has formally put forward the requirement of “going to school-based” in all schools at the grassroots level. Among them, school-based teaching and research as an important concept of the new curriculum reform project, more and more by the education sector from top to bottom attention and attention. The purpose of this paper is to analyze and discuss the three basic forms of school-based teaching and research and its requirements, put forward some reference suggestions from the specific operational level, and hope to help the frontline teachers to further study the related theories of school-based teaching and research, and constantly carry out the exploration and practice of school-based teaching and research .
