明明在A单位工作,劳动关系却在B单位,确确实实在C城工作,但是参保地点却是D城,工作内容都是一样,为什么待遇会相差一大截。这令很多员工百思不得其解,这就是现在国内很多企业所热衷的劳务派遣机制,据全国总工会在两会前夕提交的“国内劳务派遣调研报告”显示,6000多万劳务派遣人员集中在公有制企业和机关事业单位,部分央企甚至超过2/3的员工都属劳务派遣。如此庞大的劳务派遣人员是我们在社会发展道路上的有一难题。
