细菌性阴道病是以加特纳菌及某些氧厌氧菌引起的混合感染性疾病。发病率高,可经性传播。并可引起早产、羊水感染、产后子宫内膜炎、绒毛膜羊膜炎、子宫颈癌等并发症,其原因可能与病原体合成的酶及代谢产物有关。目的多采用临床标准诊断该病,辅以实验室检查。积极治疗是必要的,多采用灭滴灵和氯林可霉素,孕妇患该病以局部用药较好。
