介绍一种新型无模拉伸加工汽车后窥镜支杆的成形方法及生产工艺。通过对支杆无模拉伸变形机制的研究 ,分析了拉伸速度的变化规律 ,并建立了无模拉伸支杆的数学模型 ,实验证明 ,该模型结构简单、精确可靠 ,具有实用价值。
A new type of moldless stretch processing automobile rear endoscope forming method and production process. Through the research on the mechanism of the tensile deformation of the strut, the variation law of the tensile speed was analyzed, and the mathematical model of the strutless strut was established. Experiments show that the model is simple, accurate and reliable, and has practical value.
