运用透射电镜和场发射扫描电镜对Inconel718高温合金惯性摩擦焊接接头焊缝的第二相溶解行为进行了分析。TME观察结果表明 ,焊缝中的γ′和γ″相在焊接热循环的作用下全部溶解 ,δ相大部分溶解 ;SME观察表明 ,Inconel718高温合金惯性摩擦焊接接头的γ′,γ″相和δ相的溶解几乎呈陡降的趋势 ,焊缝宽度只有0.6~1mm之间。
The second phase dissolution behavior of the weld of Inconel 718 superalloy friction welded joint was analyzed by transmission electron microscopy and field emission scanning electron microscopy. The results of TME show that the γ ’and γ “phases in the weld all dissolve under the action of welding thermal cycle and the δ phase mostly dissolve.
