职业教育中产教融合、校企合作是经济社会发展的需要,是职业教育自身发展的需要,是促进人才培养观念的需要,是加强实践性教学环节的需要。笔者试以西北煤机高级技工学校为例,从抢抓国家高技能人才培训基地和国家示范校建设的机遇、建设宁夏高技能人才培养基地、成立校办企业、建立现代学徒制度、高层次高技能人才引进等五个方面阐述了深化产教融合校企合作的具体做法。
The integration of industry and education in vocational education, the need of economic and social development, the need of vocational education itself, the need of promoting the concept of personnel training, and the need of strengthening practical teaching links. Taking the Northwest Coal Machine Advanced Technical School as an example, the author tries its best to build a base for cultivation of highly skilled talents in Ningxia, set up a school-run enterprise, establish a modern apprenticeship system, The introduction of skilled personnel introduced five aspects of deepening the production and education integration of the concrete practice of school-enterprise cooperation.
