螺旋锥齿轮是汽车拖拉机和某些精密机械不可缺少的傅动零件,对于保证整个机械性能,精度和延长使用寿命具有特殊的意义。而螺旋锥齿轮热处理质量的好坏,对它本身能否起到预期的效果更是具有决定的意义,因此继续不断地改进螺旋锥齿轮的热处理工艺是一项很有意义的工作。近几年来,由于高频加热技术的发展,在不少机械中的齿轮,采用了中碳结构钢经高频淬火代替了用低碳钢渗碳淬火。在机械制造工业中圆柱齿轮采用的最为普遍。锥齿轮采用高频淬火的还较少,因而关于中碳结构钢锥齿轮高频淬火的工艺资料和操作经验见到的极少。自58年生产大跃进以来,我厂所有产品凡用20(?)的

In recent years, due to the development of high-frequency heating technology, in many mechanical gears, the use of carbon structural steel by high-frequency quenching instead of carburizing with low-carbon steel. Cylindrical gears are most commonly used in the machine building industry.
