四川链条厂为了充分发挥金属材料的潜力、节约金属材料,延长使用寿命、简化工艺过程,针对该厂生产的节距为12.7的套筒滚子链条的滚子进行了低碳马氏体试验。滚子材料为20碳钢,淬火规范为920℃盐炉加热,保温5分钟后迅速淬入10%的氯化钠水溶液,获得低碳马氏体织织,经180~200℃硝盐回火,硬度为HRA73—77。试验结果表明,对这一薄壁零件,可以淬透,未见软点,可达到要求的硬度;从抗压试验看,压溃力较渗碳处理的可提
