9月1日以来,笔者随省安监局执法总队暗访组到位于永州市东安县的黄泥洞锑矿区进行安全生产暗访时发现,该矿区的阴阳坳、牛头寨、安达利、大洞子、辽子湾、新栏、付家棚、大瓜冲、土堡、新纪等地,存在大量非法采矿点,违法采矿行为严重。在当地村民的指引下,笔者同暗访人员沿着崎岖山道向矿区牛头寨进发。
