本实验观察了树突显微损伤对体外培养的小脑神经元的影响以及损伤后的恢复过程。选择体外培养10~20天的幼兔的小脑神经元,在树突不同部位进行显微损伤或切断,显微镜下直接观察。结果表明:损伤部位不同,所发生的变化的时程不同。以在树突二级分枝处切断为例,受伤的树突在1小时内已退化;与此同细胞体内的细胞器发生聚集;使邻近树突发生弯曲。受伤3小时的树突又形成微棘或生长锥进行再生。讨论了树突受显微损伤后引起的一些变化,与细胞骨架受损时的反应相似。
In this study, we observed the effects of dendritic microscopic damage on cultured cerebellar neurons and the recovery process after injury. Select the cultured young rabbit 10 to 20 days in vitro cerebellar neurons, in different parts of the dendritic microscopic damage or cut off, direct observation under the microscope. The results show that: the injury site is different, the occurrence of changes in the different duration. To cut off at the second branch of the dendrites, for example, the injured dendrites have degenerated within 1 hour; with the cell body organelles gather; the adjacent dendrites are bent. Dendrites injured 3 hours and the formation of micro spines or growth cone for regeneration. Discusses some of the changes that dendrites undergo after microdissection, similar to what happens when the cytoskeleton is damaged.
