笔者认为，从运作层面看，企业思想政治工作与企业文化建设互为一体好。这既是加强和改进企业思想政治工作的需要，同时也是加强和推进企业文化建设的需要。毫无疑问，思想政治工作是我们社会主义企业特有的政治优势，在企业两个文明建设中发挥着重要的作用。但我们应该看到，
