目的经T-scanⅡ咬分析及咀嚼效率,评价老年患者咬重建活动义齿修复后的咬改善情况。方法选取需咬重建的老年肯氏Ⅰ类牙列缺损患者20例,进行咬重建活动义齿修复,修复后3、6、12个月,进行T-scanⅡ咬力计检测咬情况。结果经T-scanⅡ调整后的老年咬重建患者与调整前对比,咀嚼效率及咬力变化具有统计学差异(P<0.05),且多数患者较满意。结论老年咬重建修复患者通过T-scanⅡ咬力计调整后,能明显改善其咀嚼效率,值得临床推广。
Objective T-scan Ⅱ bite analysis and chewing efficiency evaluation of elderly patients with bite reconstruction dentures to improve the situation after bite repair. Methods Twenty patients with aged Kennedy I-dentition defect who underwent bite reconstruction were selected and their bite-repositioned dentures were repaired. T-scan Ⅱ bite force meter was used to detect the bite situation after 3, 6 and 12 months of repair. Results Compared with those before adjustment, the masticatory efficiency and bite force had statistical significance (P <0.05). Most patients were satisfied. Conclusion Elderly bite reconstruction repair patients by T-scan Ⅱ bite force meter adjustment, can significantly improve the chewing efficiency, worthy of clinical promotion.
