通过热处理,得到了以密胺树脂为基体的掺杂有磷的碳材料,并用元素分析、XPS、XBD进行了分析.结果表明磷酸加入以后,对氮原子的含量影响不大,但其键合状态发生了变化,使有利于可逆容量提高的graphene氮的相对含量增加,导致碳材料的可逆容量随磷酸加入量的变化而发生变化,最大可逆容量可达516mAHg-1
By heat treatment, a melamine resin-based carbon material doped with phosphorus was obtained and analyzed by elemental analysis, XPS and XBD. The results showed that the addition of phosphoric acid had little effect on the content of nitrogen atoms, but the bonding state changed.
