组织培养工作实践表明,在同一培养基上由于外植体的基因型、外植体来源部位及外植体生理状况的不同,培养结果不同,而培养基中的激素和不同附加物又是造成不同培养结果的一个重要原因。育种者不可能对每一种基因型单独设计一种培养基,因此,寻找一种能适应绝大多数基因型和外植体的培养基是育种者所期望的。普通小麦(2n—42),硬粒小麦(2n=28),大麦(2n=14)是二个属的三个不同染色体组型的种间栽培作物。本试验的目的就是寻找一种能够适合这三种麦类作物幼穗和幼胚离体培养的培养基。
