目前技校生对体育课的学习积极性不高,大部分学生身体素质较差,接受能力不强,缺乏自信心,学习消极的现象。这就要求体育教师进行教材内容,教学方法,教学手段等方面的改革。健美操运动已在我国发展二十多年,不受场地、器材、季节的限制,成为大众体育的锻炼内容,已作为一个大众健身项目在全国被广泛推广。将健美操引入到体育课教学中可以提高技校学生的身体素质,塑造美的形体,陶冶情操,丰富课余文化生活。因此,如何将健美操引入到体育教学中,改变技校生对体育学习的态度以及如何给技校生上好健美操课成为了一个值得探讨的话题。本文将从技校生的生理、心理特点入手,结合健美操项目的独特之处进行系统的分析。
At present, students in technical school have little enthusiasm for physical education. Most students have poor physical ability, poor reception ability, lack of self-confidence and negative learning. This requires physical education teachers teaching materials, teaching methods, teaching methods and other aspects of reform. Aerobics has been developed in our country for more than twenty years. It has not been restricted by venues, equipment, and seasons. It has become a popular sports content and has been widely promoted throughout the country as a mass fitness program. The introduction of aerobics into PE teaching can improve the physical quality of technical school students, shape the beautiful body, cultivate sentiment and enrich the extra-curricular cultural life. Therefore, how to introduce aerobics into physical education, change the attitude of technical school students towards physical education and how to give aerobics classes to technical school students has become a topic worth discussing. This article will start from the physiological and psychological characteristics of technical school students, and combine with the uniqueness of aerobics project to conduct a systematic analysis.
