对传统的颚式破碎机内齿角设汁概念进行了分析,发现其有很大的局限性,认为它没有真实地反映颚式破碎机的工作优况,并针对单肘板颚式破碎机的运动特性提出了啮角设计的新概念——工态啮角。工态啮角的概念纠正了传统的单肘板颚式破碎机啮角设计的错误,正确地解释了影响单肘板颚式破碎机工作的各种因素。作者以工态啮角为设计思想,设计了肘板下置式高效、低磨损曲线破碎腔的单肘板颚式破碎机,取得了非常好的效果。与原用颚式破碎机相比较,处理能力提高20~50%,颚板寿命延长1倍以上。
