良性前列腺增生(BPH)产生的膀胱出口梗阻可导致膀胱逼尿肌反射亢进和不稳定膀胱。近年来研究发现氧化氮(NO)对膀胱逼尿肌张力有调节作用,而氧化氮合酶(NOS)是催化NO生成的关键酶。NO与不稳定膀胱的关系目前未见报道。我们应用ABC免疫组织化学方法研究NOS在BPH患者膀胱组织中的表达,旨在探讨NO在不稳定膀胱中的意义。对象与方法1.组织标本实验组24例均系行开放性前列腺摘除的BPH患者,术前均证实有膀胱出口梗阻,对照组6例系同期住院无膀胱出口梗阻的其他患者。所有新鲜标本均取材于膀胱颈部,立即置-70℃冰箱内贮存,解冻后用Histosta冰冻切片机(-20℃)组织切片,
Bladder outlet obstruction due to benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) can lead to hyperreflexia of the bladder detrusor and unstable bladder.
