本文报告了１１０例肾移植患者在术后短期内出现外周血相降低，发生的时间平均为２．６ｄ，平均恢复时间２４．２４ｄ。术后发生外周血相降低的可能性原因：①免疫抑制剂（硫唑嘌呤Ａｚａ）对造血系统的抑制作用。②移植肾自身红细胞生成素不足。③移植肾功能直接影响着对体内血液系统抑制物的清除。④血管紧张素转化酶抑制剂的副作用
This article reports 110 cases of renal transplant patients in the short term postoperative peripheral blood phase decreased, the average time was 2.6d, the average recovery time 24.24d. The possible causes of postoperative peripheral blood phase reduction: ① immunosuppressive agents (azathioprine Aza) on the hematopoietic system inhibition. ② renal transplant itself lack of erythropoietin. Transplantation of renal function directly affects the elimination of the body’s blood system inhibitors. ④ angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitor side effects
