目的对胃癌印戒细胞5种细胞器标志酶(ALPase,ACPase,G6Pase,TPPase和CCOase)进行超微水平的定位观察,探讨胃癌印戒细胞的生物学行为及其发生机理.方法应用电镜酶细胞化学技术对5例印戒细胞癌,2例伴有印戒细胞的粘液腺癌进行5种细胞器标志酶的电镜观察.结果胃癌印戒细胞粘液的合成、分泌和消化功能增强,相应细胞器数目增多,酶活性增强,其中尤以ACPase,TPPase为显著.癌周间质缺乏胶元纤维.结论胃癌印戒细胞在功能上属高分化,但其形态与功能不协调,出现了畸形分化.其侵袭力强、转移率高的原因与癌细胞分泌的酶对细胞连接的影响和溶解癌周间质密切相关.
Objective To observe the localization of five cell organ marker enzymes (ALPase, AC-Pase, G6Pase, TPPase, and CCOase) in gastric signet ring cells and investigate the biological behavior and mechanism of signetin cells in gastric cancer. Methods Electron microscopy enzyme cytochemistry was used to detect the expression of five cell organ marker enzymes in five cases of signet-ring cell carcinoma and two cases of signet-ring mucinous adenocarcinoma. RESULTS: The synthesis, secretion and digestive function of gastric cell signet ring cells were enhanced. The number of corresponding organelles increased and the enzyme activity increased. Among them, ACPase and TP-Pase were particularly significant. There is a lack of collagen fibers in the interstitial mass of the cancer. Conclusion The signet ring cells of gastric cancer are functionally highly differentiated, but their shape and function are inconsistent and there is abnormal differentiation. The reason of its strong invasiveness and high metastasis rate is closely related to the effect of the enzymes secreted by cancer cells on the cell junction and the peritumoral lysis.
