Hypo-complementocytosis with cutaneous vasculitis and arthritis syndrome were first reported in 1973 by McDuffie et al. In his report, four patients had urticaria with vasculitis, synovitis, and decreased serum complement. There are two cases of immune complex glomerulonephritis. The authors now report a 33-year-old woman who developed repeated attacks of urticaria and burning sensation on her extremities and torso over two years. Prior to this, there have been finger, knee, ankle pain, swelling.
