黄蜂蜇伤并发昏迷一例

黄蜂蜇伤并发昏迷,临床较为罕见,现将笔者遇到的一例,报道如下。患者女性,48岁,农民,住院号 A0032950。主因黄蜂蜇伤后昏迷两天,于1981年6月27日住院。两天前,患者被黄蜂蜇伤上唇部,10分钟后突然不省人事,四肢厥冷,面色苍白,血压一度降至80/60毫米汞柱,但无呼吸困难或发绀,当即急送县医院治疗,经两次抢救无效,遂转来本院。既往无过敏性疾病史及被黄蜂蜇伤史。

Wasps sting co-morbid, clinical is relatively rare, now I encountered an example, reported as follows. Patient female, 48 years old, farmer, hospital number A0032950. Mainly because of the wasp sting two days after the coma, in June 27, 1981 hospitalization. Two days ago, the patient was stinging the upper lip of the wasp. Sudden unconsciousness ten minutes later, her limbs were cold and pale. The blood pressure was reduced to 80/60 mm Hg once. However, she had no immediate respiratory problems or cyanosis and was immediately sent to the county hospital for treatment , After two rescue invalid, then transferred to our hospital. No past history of allergic diseases and were wasp stings history.
