中国铝业股份有限公司(以下简称“中国铝业”)是由中国铝业公司、广西投资(集团)有限公司和贵州省物资开发投资公司共同以发起方式设立,并于2001年9月10日在中华人民共和国注册成立的股份有限公司。2001年12月11日、12日,中国铝业股票分别在纽约证券交易所和香港联合交易所有限公司挂牌上市(股票代码:香港2600,纽约ACH),被列入香港恒生综合指数成分股和富时指数成分股及美国股市中国指数成分股。
Aluminum Corporation of China (“Aluminum Corporation of China”) is jointly established by China Aluminum Corporation, Guangxi Investment (Group) Company Limited and Guizhou Materials Development and Investment Corporation in September 2001 10, incorporated in the People’s Republic of China Limited by Share Ltd. On December 11 and December 12, 2001, Chalco shares were listed on the New York Stock Exchange and The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (stock code: 2600 Hong Kong, ACH, New York) and were included in the Hong Kong Hang Seng Composite Index constituents and FTSE index stocks and the United States stock market China index constituent stocks.
