This paper takes the topic retrieval of Sci Finder Web as an example to deeply explore the information and knowledge contained in the database. A brief description of the subject search and information sources CAplus and Medline, indexing sources of information compared to summarize the Sci Finder Web theme retrieval methods and techniques.
