介绍2010年云南省会泽县发生特大干旱情况和抗旱减灾措施及取得的成效。分析引发特大干旱的原因,并对今后水利建设、水资源管理、生态环境等方面提出思考。
Describes the occurrence of severe drought and drought relief in Huize County of Yunnan Province in 2010 and the results achieved. Analyze the causes of severe drought and give some suggestions on future water conservancy construction, water resources management and ecological environment.
