HCV非结构蛋白包括NS2～NS5B,其多蛋白前体在病毒编码的蛋白酶-Zn(2+)依赖性金属蛋白酶和胰蛋白酶样丝氨酸蛋白酶作用下,裂解为成熟的功能蛋白质。近年来的研究表明,HCV非结构蛋白区许多重要的功能元件与病毒的复制有密切关系。本文对HCV非结构蛋白的结构和功能作一简要综述。
Non-structural HCV proteins include NS2-NS5B, whose polyprotein precursors are cleaved into mature functional proteins by virally encoded protease-Zn (2+) -dependent metalloproteases and trypsin-like serine proteases. Recent studies have shown that many important functional elements of the HCV nonstructural protein region are closely related to virus replication. This article reviews the structure and function of HCV nonstructural proteins.
