用高脂血症大鼠模型研究了油茶皂甙的调脂作用。血清高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL)及其亚组分3(HDL3)用聚乙二醇20000法分离,血脂用酶法测定。实验结果显示油茶皂甙能明显降低血清总胆固醇(TCh)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL)和HDL3,不显著改变HDL浓度,轻微升高HDL亚组分2(HDL2),降低动脉硬化指数(AI)。在100mg/kg以内时,油茶皂甙降低TCh、TG、LDL、AI,升高HDL2/HDL3比值存在明显量效关系。50至100mg/kg时油茶皂甙降脂作用强度相当于氯贝丁酯250mg/kg。
The hyperlipidemic rat model was used to study the lipid-regulating effect of Camellia saponins.
