维修工程作为一门独立的学科,在70年代起源于美国。它是在人们对维修规律的认识不断深化的基础上产生的。目前,维修工程理论正在世界各工业先进国家的设备研制和使用中获得越来越广泛的应用,并不断向更高的层次发展。 维修工程在欧洲的发展十分迅速。在70年代初,成立了欧洲国家维修团体联盟,它是国际上最大的维修学术团体。其学术会议每两年举行一次,每次会议都反映了欧洲维修的新动向、新经验。例如在1990年德国威斯巴登市召开的第十次欧洲维修联盟学术会议上,提出“维修——为了未来的投资”的主题,这反映了欧洲维修界对维修的新认识。从这次会议看,欧洲维修界的动向是:强化维修管理;突出教育培训;重视技术改造和改进性维修;应用可靠性理论使维修科学化等。1994年4月在荷兰阿姆斯特丹召开了第十二次欧洲维修会议。会议主题为:发展和实施维修策略,应用计算机控制维修过程。主要内容有。维修策略及实施;维修控制;应用现代手段和方法优化维修功能;与实现维修战略相关的管理任务;维修实践等。综合分析这次会议的论文有如下特点: 1.在欧洲,维修与管理的地位很高,企业普遍重视设备管理与维修; 2.欧洲维修与管理以市场为导向,重视产品质量、成本与环保; 3.欧洲的维修与管理以经济效益为核心,注重维修
