从上世纪90年代开始,大学生村官政策在我国开始逐步实施,各省市制定的政策也不尽相同,西藏根据自治区特点制定了符合我区现状的大学生村官政策。大学生村官政策的实施为我区高校毕业生就业拓展了新渠道,为我区新农村建设提供了人才支持,为我区的跨越式发展和长治久安奠定坚实基础。
Since the 90s of last century, the policy of college and village officials in universities has been gradually implemented in our country, and the policies formulated by provinces and municipalities are also different. Tibet has formulated a policy of college and village officials in line with the present conditions of our region according to the characteristics of the autonomous regions. The implementation of the policy of college students and village officials has opened up new channels for the employment of university graduates in our district, provided talent support for the new rural construction in our district, and laid a solid foundation for the leaping development and long-term peace and security of our region.
