六合门是丽江纳西族民居中细木作的精华所在。我自幼生活在丽江古城,祖屋建于清末光绪年间,距今已有一百多年的历史。从我记事开始,家中精工雕刻的堂屋六合门一直伴随着我在这个迅猛变革的社会中成长。近些年来,随着人们生活水平及审美需求的不断改变,以及丽江旅游热潮的不断升温,传统手工精制的六合门不断被简易雕刻的机制木雕替换,或是直接被其他形式门窗所取代。与此同时,随着老一辈雕刻工匠逐渐去世,师承的消失加剧了工艺
Liuhe Gate is the quintessence of fine wood in Lijiang Naxi folk house. I was an early age living in the ancient city of Lijiang, ancestral home built in the late Qing Dynasty, dating back more than a hundred years of history. From my memoirs, the exquisitely carved Hall of Doge at home has been with me in this rapidly changing society. In recent years, with the continuous changes in people’s living standards and aesthetic needs, as well as the continuous upsurge of Lijiang tourism craze, the traditional hand-crafted Liuhemen is continuously replaced by the simple carving mechanism of woodcarving or directly replaced by other forms of doors and windows. At the same time, the disappearance of Shijings aggravated the craft as older carvers became deceased
