以12个玉米群体为实验材料,6个玉米自交系为对照,利用SSR标记分析群体的遗传多样性,并进行聚类分析。结果表明,利用56对SSR引物在12个玉米群体中共检测到202个等位基因,每个位点检测到的等位基因数为2~9个,平均为3.61个,说明12个群体的遗传变异较丰富;12个群体的等位基因数目变化范围在112~143个,平均每个位点有2~2.55个,黄金群变异最丰富,辽旅综的变异最小。根据估算的遗传距离进行聚类分析结果表明,12个群体可分为金皇后、Reid、塘四平头、旅大红骨、Tuxpeno和热带亚热带种质6个杂优类群,杂优类群划分结果与已知来源和系谱关系基本一致。
Twelve maize populations were used as experimental materials and six maize inbred lines were used as control. The genetic diversity of the population was analyzed by SSR markers and clustering analysis was conducted. The results showed that 202 alleles were detected in 12 maize populations by using 56 pairs of SSR primers. The number of alleles detected per locus ranged from 2 to 9, with an average of 3.61, indicating that 12 populations were inherited The number of alleles in 12 populations ranged from 112 to 143, with an average of 2 to 2.55 loci per locus, with the most abundant variation in the gold group and the smallest variation in the Liao population. The results of cluster analysis based on the estimated genetic distances indicated that the 12 populations could be divided into six heterotic groups: Golden Queen, Reid, Tongsipingtou, Luda Redbone, Tuxpeno and tropical subtropical germplasm. The sources of knowledge and pedigree are basically the same.
