为了紧跟短道速滑国际发展趋势,及时掌握规则变化情况,提高短道速滑裁判员业务水平,选拔和培养一批“懂规则、业务精、会外语”的年轻裁判,为2022年北京冬奥会储备竞赛组织及管理人才,由国家体育总局冬季运动管理中心主办、吉林省体育局长春冰上基地承办的全国短道速滑裁判员培训班于2016年8月29日—31日在吉林省长春市举行。
