以素质养成教育为核心,以身心和谐发展为指向,以创设与指导为基本任务,这是我校和谐教育中的德育模式。它着眼于学生德性的培养,人格的完善,它所期待的是学生个性得到充分自由的发挥和人格发展的和谐。它不仅是德育所要追求的内容与手段,也是德育所要追求的理想与境界。学校和谐教育中的德育基本思想又是以学生为本的自我教育,从提高学生在德育活动中的参与度入手提高德育的实效性。
