农业曾被认为是中国入世后最易遭受冲击的领域,因此,农业谈判成了入世谈判最艰难的一环。如今,中国农业并没有像想像中那样不堪一击,逐渐开放的市场给农产品贸易发展带来了更多的机遇,从而带动了农业的发展。但同时,农产品贸易所面临的冲击也已逐渐显现。作者在对入世三年以来农产品贸易情况进行跟踪分析的基础上,剖析了入世后中国农产品贸易方面仍存在的问题,从而有针对性地提出了一些政策建议。
Agriculture was once considered as one of the most vulnerable areas after China’s accession to the WTO. Therefore, agricultural negotiations have become the toughest part of the accession negotiations. Nowadays, China’s agriculture is not as vulnerable as it imagined. The increasingly open market has brought more opportunities for the development of agricultural trade and led to the development of agriculture. But at the same time, the impact of agricultural trade has also gradually emerged. On the basis of tracing and analyzing the agricultural trade since the accession to the WTO three years ago, the author analyzes the problems still existing in the agricultural trade after China’s accession to the WTO, and puts forward some policy suggestions pertinently.
