紧挨着北京城市主干道——东三环,在北京CBD的中心区,两组由钢铁和玻璃交织构成的巨大“Z”字建筑,在空中交连。当你仰视这座钢铁巨人的时候,风和云会在巨人的臂弯里自由穿梭。这座面积达59.95万平米,总投资80亿元人民币的巨型建筑,就是世界级电视传媒机构——中国中央电视台新台址。而央视新址只是北京CBD诸多重点项目中的一个,与其隔街相望的就是中国国际贸易中心三期工程。该工程总投资约40多亿元人民币,总建筑规模54万平米,建成后将与现有的一期工程、二期工程共同构成110万平米的宏大建筑群。届时,世界上最大的国际贸易中心,就落户在了北京CBD的中心位置。CBD国际大厦、SOHO现代城、北京财富大厦……一座座鳞次栉比的现代化楼宇,正以其独特功能和巨大容量,成为北京商务中心区“经济舰队”的一艘艘巨轮。
Next to Beijing’s main arterial road, East Third Ring Road, in the central area of Beijing’s CBD, two huge “Z” -shaped buildings of steel and glass are woven in the air. When you look up to this steel giant, the wind and cloud will be free to shuttle in the arm of the giant. The huge building with an area of 595,500 square meters and a total investment of 8 billion yuan is a new site of China’s CCTV, a world-class television media agency. The new site of CCTV is just one of many key projects of the Beijing CBD. It is the third phase of China World Trade Center which is located across the street. With a total investment of more than 4 billion yuan and a total construction area of 540,000 square meters, the project will form an enormous complex of 1.1 million square meters with the existing first-phase and second-phase projects upon completion. By then, the world’s largest international trade center, settled in the heart of Beijing CBD. CBD International Building, SOHO New Town, Beijing Fortune Building ... ... a row of row upon row of modern buildings, is its unique features and huge capacity to become Beijing Business Center “economic fleet ” of a ship.
