以粘胶纤维厂420名接触 GS_2工人和铜铵人造纤维厂不接触 GS_2的390名工人为观察对象;年龄35～54岁。前者接触 GS_2的工龄平均17年(大部分在15年以上)。从黄化、熟成和纺丝车间内所测得的 GS_2浓度和接触毒物持续时间(按 Hernberg 等的方法)计算出接触剂量指数(162.5±69.7)。观察内容有:职业史、病史、吸烟习惯;主诉、标准化的咽(口夹)炎、血压、血中类脂物(总血清胆固醇、甘油三酸酯、β-脂蛋白)、眼
