综合运用文献资料、实验和数理统计等方法,对南京中医药大学符合实验条件的若干女生进行皮褶厚度和腰臀比等美化形体指标的测量,在经过一段时间的瑜伽运动练习之后,女大学生的皮褶厚度和腰臀比等指标均发生了显著的量变。从美化形体指标系统的层面来说,其量变趋于显著优化的态势。研究表明,女大学生的美化形体指标和身体形态可以通过瑜伽运动加以提高和改善,瑜伽是满足女大学生群体爱美心理和求美目标的良好运动手段。
