当前钢铁行业的工艺过程对废气量减排技术应用不多,大多是应用的烧结废气循环技术。本文就对钢铁行业在工艺生产当中的废气温度、成分、热量等特性,提出了对原料厂废气梯度采用石灰窑工艺充当竖式冷却器的冷却气体来源,并将转炉二次高温烟气传输到热风炉内使之作为助燃空气,以达到对废气量的减排效果,同时就其所具备的减排效果予以了分析。
