在Fe_2O_3中添加CeO_2制成压团试样,利用X射线衍射和SEM、EDS相结合的方法就CO气氛下CeO_2对焙烧压团还原膨胀率及还原度的影响进行了研究。通过实验发现,还原过程中CeO_2部分形成铈铁固溶体,有效地促进了Fe_2O_3到Fe_xO阶段的还原,抑制了Fe_xO到Fe阶段的还原。实验结果表明,当CeO_2添加量为5%时,还原后压团试样的体积膨胀率由原来的15.83%降低至13.66%,但随着CeO_2添加量继续增大到7%,膨胀率反而增大至16.35%。可见CeO_2在一定的含量范围内起到了抑制还原膨胀的作用。
CeO_2 was added into Fe_2O_3 to make the sample of the compact. The effect of CeO_2 on the reduction and expansion of the calcined sample under CO atmosphere was studied by X-ray diffraction, SEM and EDS. It is found through experiment that the CeO 2 part forms the cerium iron solid solution in the reduction process, which effectively promotes the reduction of the Fe 2 O 3 to Fe 0 xO phase and the reduction of the Fe 2 O to Fe phase. The experimental results show that when the CeO 2 content is 5%, the volume expansion of the sample after reduction decreases from 15.83% to 13.66%, but with the increase of CeO_2 content to 7%, the expansion rate increases As large as 16.35%. Visible CeO_2 in a certain range of content played a role in inhibiting the reduction and expansion.
