设计合成了4种新型糠醛缩氨基硫脲衍生物,化学结构经红外光谱和元素分析证实。抑菌活性测试表明,含有硝基基团的化合物C_1和C_3活性较好,其中C_3活性最高。
Four novel furfural thiosemicarbazone derivatives were designed and synthesized. Their chemical structures were confirmed by IR and elemental analysis. Antibacterial activity test showed that nitro group-containing compounds C_1 and C_3 activity is better, of which C_3 activity is the highest.
