贫困户的生活及脱贫致富问题一直是河北省委常委、石家庄市委书记赵金铎经常思考和牵挂的一个问题。近年来,石家庄市的经济发展较快,去年进入国内35个重点城市20强行列,但至今仍有赞皇县等3个国家级贫困县。今年8月的洪灾又使部分刚刚脱贫的农民“返贫”,全市贫困人口增加到32.5万人。为此,9月23日至27日,赵金铎带领几名工作人员进驻赞皇县张楞乡进行扶贫调查,并笔录下了在这块土地上的所见所感,我们从中可以窥见如何在新形势下探索加快贫困地区脱贫致富路子的一些轨迹。以下为记者摘录的部分调查日记。
