本文介绍了《工业机器人编程操作与维护》课相建设从深入企业调研、依据分级标准、能力分解序化方面来确定课相能力目标的过程;分析了课相教学载体选择的必要性;教学内容由三大项目10个任务贯穿,教学组织方面采用“7-1”分组、并行作业+任务驱动+小组轮岗;引入企业评价元素、制定评价细则和标准、采用透明型过程动态考核有利于发挥学生学习的主观能动性、有利于学生素质的养成教育和对自我价值的认同、有利于教学质量的提高和效果的改进。
