目的研究分析脊椎骨折诊断中X射线的临床应用价值。方法选择2014年12月至2016年12月于我院就诊的120例脊椎骨折患者,按照患者脊椎骨折程度将120例患者平均分配为三组,即轻度组、中度组与重度组,每组各40例患者。三组患者入院后均进行X射线检查并对患者的骨折情况进行诊断与评分。结果根据研究结果显示,X射线检出率为55.83%,X射线漏诊率9.17%;轻度组患者经X射线诊断后的骨折评分结果为(6.53±1.34),中度组患者经X射线诊断后的骨折评分结果为(8.37±1.04),重度组患者经X射线诊断后的骨折评分结果为(8.25±1.27)。结论脊椎骨折诊断中应用X射线进行临床诊断具有一定的应用价值,因其操作简单、经济、快捷、图像直观等主要优势,为脊椎骨折首选的检查方法,但在临床中还是具有一定的局限性,有时需根据患者的脊椎骨折程度结合其他诊断方式进行联合诊断。
Objective To study the clinical value of X-ray in the diagnosis of vertebral fracture. Methods A total of 120 patients with vertebral fracture who were treated in our hospital from December 2014 to December 2016 were divided into three groups according to the degree of vertebral fracture: group Mild, Moderate, and Severe Group of 40 patients. Because of its advantages of simple operation, economy, quickness and intuitive image, it is the first choice for vertebral fracture, but it has some limitations in clinic , Sometimes according to the patient's degree of vertebral fracture combined with other diagnostic methods for joint diagnosis.
