本文将本科应用型改革为精神为指导,以就业为导向,在企业的实践接触中,与行业企业合作进行课程开发,用操作性教学选取课程内容。建立实践性的教师工作室,在工作室的活动中引进企业的真是案例,按市场需求的职业能力目标的层次和类型,遵循学生学习能力培养的基本规律,以真实工作任务及其工作过程为依据,整合、优化教学内容,在高校教学期间,和企业达成良好的合作基础,为学生的就业提供真实的能力技能和就业机会。
