目的:探究在口腔美容中应用口腔种植技术的效果。方法:选取我院于2008年6月到2015年6月收治的340例予以口腔种植技术治疗的患者,对他们口腔种植的临床情况进行分析与比较。结果:1种植方式:在口腔种植中,未予以植骨的患者有82例(24.12%),予以植骨的患者有258例(75.88%);2重建:有153例(45.00%)患者选择接受软组织功能的重建;3修复:共有181例(53.24%)患者选择活动修复,有159例(46.76%)患者选择固定修复;4并发症:共56例患者出现了并发症,其中发生出血的有33例(9.70%),发生感染的有6例(1.76%),出现下唇麻木的有4例(1.18%),其他并发症还包括伤口开裂、牙龈炎等。结论:口腔种植技术能够改善患者的口腔问题,使患者的牙齿更为整齐与美观,起到口腔美容的作用。为了保证治疗的效果与安全性,种植方法、修复方法与固定方法要因人而异。
Objective: To explore the application of oral implant in oral beauty. Methods: A total of 340 patients undergoing oral implant surgery in our hospital from June 2008 to June 2015 were selected and their clinical conditions of oral implants were analyzed and compared. Results: (1) In the dental implant, 82 cases (24.12%) did not receive bone graft and 258 cases (75.88%) received bone graft. 2 Reconstruction: 153 cases (45.00%) were selected (181 cases, 53.24%) were selected for active repair and 159 cases (46.76%) were selected for fixed repair. 4 Complications: A total of 56 patients developed complications, of which bleeding occurred There were 33 cases (9.70%), 6 infections (1.76%) and 4 (1.18%) cases with lower lip numbness. Other complications were wound dehiscence and gingivitis. Conclusion: Oral implant technology can improve the patient’s oral problems, make the patient’s teeth more neat and beautiful, play the role of oral beauty. In order to ensure the effectiveness and safety of the treatment, the planting method, the repair method and the fixing method should vary from person to person.
