目的:探讨高血压患者在社区规范化管理的影响下血压控制情况。方法:根据社区管理的规范程度,了解这一因素对高血压控制的效果形成的作用。结果与结论:一般情况下,对高血压病人进行细致到位的社区管理,在此基础上并适当避免诱发原因,对于控制高血压具有一定的帮助。因此,对于高血压病情的控制和稳定来讲,社区管理的介入是非常有必要的,社区卫生服务具有一定的优越性,其所起到的作用也比较突出。
Objective: To investigate the control of blood pressure in hypertensive patients under the influence of community standardized management. Methods: Based on the norms of community management, understand the effects of this factor on the effects of hypertension control. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: Under normal circumstances, careful management of hypertensive patients in community based on this and appropriate to avoid the cause of induction, for the control of high blood pressure has some help. Therefore, for the control and stability of hypertension, the intervention of community management is very necessary. The community health service has certain advantages and its role is also more prominent.
