和平时代的英雄,历经十载磨炼,完成了从军人到企业技术骨干的完美转型,也让青春因奋斗而精彩。郝泓伟,曾经是祖国西部边陲第一哨的一兵,如今是名铁路职工——天津车辆段车轮车间轴承一般检修工长。在平凡的岗位上,他退伍不褪色,立足本岗、苦练技能,脚踏实地做着一名守卫铁路安全的“安全卫士”。2012年郝鸿伟在全路车辆系统货车检修职业技能竞赛中勇夺冠军,并获得中华全国铁路总工会“火车头”奖章的殊荣,同时,他自己所带领的班组也打造成了“全路标杆班组”。
