From the plane overlooking the Yangtze River Delta, Huangpu River, like a belt, divides Shanghai into two parts: Puxi and Pudong. The prosperous Puxi has already risen to become a famous metropolis in the east. Sleeping Pudong revived with the spring tide of China’s reform and opening up. April 18, 1990, the State Council announced the wise decision to develop and open up Pudong. Five years have passed, and on this 522-square-kilometer land, how many changes have taken place? A towering towering Shanghai Bund has all the visitors year after year. But now visitors are more focused on the breathtaking, piercing sky of the other side of the river, Shanghai Oriental Pearl TV Tower.
