近几年,我校党支部切实抓了全体教工的政治学习,深入浅出地向教工宣传马列主义、毛泽东思想、邓小平理论,生动活泼地开展学习陶行知,树立良好师德的活动,组织端正思想,全面贯彻教育方针的讨论,召开齐抓共管学生德育工作的教工代表大会等等,较有成效地提高了广大教工的政治思想觉悟,调动了他们教书育人,服务育人,管理育人的积极性,取得了较为显著的成绩。我校被命名为全国文明单位,市文明单位九连冠。全面管理的经验得到各级领导的好评,全方位的素质教育形成了自己的特色,在上海市颇有影响。切实抓好教工政治学习,我校党支部的具体做法是紧紧把握五条。
